A full SaaS product built from scratch that converts webinar recordings into five complete marketing assets — blog post, email sequence, landing page, lead magnet PDF, and social posts. Designed and built every layer independently: frontend in Bubble, automation backend in n8n, AI processing with Claude API, speech-to-text via AssemblyAI, cloud storage on Cloudflare R2, PDF generation through PDFMonkey, and payments via Stripe.
Under the hood:
Transcription Pipeline:
Audio ingestion and chunked transcription via AssemblyAI with validation and retry logic on every chunk. Handles large files by breaking them into chunks, validating each one before moving forward.
AI Content Analyzer:
Claude-powered workflow that extracts key themes, quotes, hooks, and structure from raw transcripts before any content generation begins. Ensures every output is grounded in the source material.
Parallel Content Engine:
Five subworkflows running simultaneously — blog post, email sequence, landing page, lead magnet PDF, and social posts — each generating independently to cut processing time dramatically.
Conditional Webinar Routing:
Built conditional logic to handle two distinct webinar types, educational and customer story. Each routed through a tailored content generation path based on what the user uploads.
Error Handling & Retry Logic:
Centralized error logger that maps failures back to specific subworkflows, tracks patterns, and retries automatically without manual intervention.
File Delivery System:
PDF generation via PDFMonkey, file storage on Cloudflare R2, and automated delivery back to the Bubble frontend. Every asset packaged and ready to download the moment generation completes.
Cold Email Infrastructure:
Built and managed a two-domain cold outreach system across 13 email accounts. Handled domain warmup, deliverability, ICP research, personalized prospecting, and a three-email sequence targeting B2B SaaS marketing teams.
ICP Research & Prospecting:
Deep ideal customer profile filtering using G2 category pages, platform-specific discovery, and manual verification. Prioritized quality over volume to protect domain reputation and maximize reply rates.
Product Design & Branding:
Designed the full Replicore brand from scratch — logo, color system, typography, and UI. Built the frontend entirely in Bubble including dashboard, document viewer, analyzer flow, pricing page, and settings.
Landing Page & Copywriting:
Wrote and designed the full marketing website including hero, features, pricing, FAQ, and CTAs. Focused on outcome-driven copy that speaks directly to marketing team pain points.
Payment Integration:
End-to-end Stripe integration including subscription management, webhook handling for payment events, and seamless connection between Stripe and the Bubble frontend.
Webinar Detection System 2026
Automated intelligence. Zero manual research.
A multi-source prospecting pipeline built in n8n that automatically identifies companies hosting webinars. Scans company websites, YouTube, and search results simultaneously, merges results from all three sources, then uses Claude AI to confirm whether the webinar was recent. Qualified leads are routed to Google Sheets automatically. Built-in 15-day recheck logic prevents duplicate processing and keeps the pipeline clean.
Under the hood:
Multi-Source Scanner:
Hits website, YouTube, and DuckDuckGo simultaneously via parallel sub-workflow calls to maximize detection coverage.
Result Consolidation:
Merges data from all three sources into a single clean record, picking the best available link, date, and title.
15-Day Recheck Logic:
Checks when a company was last processed and skips it automatically if fewer than 15 days have passed.
Smart Routing:
Routes confirmed webinar leads to one sheet and undetected companies to a recheck sheet for follow-up.
Claude AI Confirmation:
Sends consolidated data to Claude with a structured prompt to confirm whether the webinar was within the last 6 months. Parses the JSON response and flags the result as Yes, No, or Unknown.
